Fitness enthusiasts came together on February 17th, as Kinetix+ launched its very first Signature Group Training session. The launch featured barbell and conditioning exercises, core and mobility sessions and invaluable nutritional insights by the resident nutritionist.
The day kicked off with the barbell and conditioning training led by Coach Angela. Her meticulous instruction and encouragement motivated participants to push past their limits, challenging both strength and endurance.
Following the intense barbell session, Coach Felice took the reins, leading participants through a series of core and mobility exercises. From stability drills to dynamic stretches, each exercise was thoughtfully curated to enhance mobility, improve posture, and strengthen the core—a crucial foundation for overall fitness and injury prevention.
Rounding off the event was an informative nutritional talk by Kinetix+ Nutritionist Dan Pambid. Armed with the latest research and practical insights, Dan demystified the complexities of nutrition, providing members with actionable strategies to fuel their bodies for optimal performance and recovery.

The members left feeling empowered and motivated as the Signature Group Training event concluded.
