Kinetix Lab hosts their first Fit & Fierce Body Recomp Challenge for their female members, this is a unique and exciting event designed to inspire and motivate its female members toward achieving their fitness goals. Whether the focus is on gaining muscle mass, losing body fat, or just improving overall health, this challenge provides a structured yet supportive environment where members can push their limits and track their progress.

The Fit & Fierce Body Recomposition Challenge

The Body Recomp Challenge is open to all  Female Kinetix Lab members, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re a seasoned member or just starting your fitness journey, this challenge is for you! Simply register to your respective branches and choose your category of choice, Fat Loss or Muscle Gain. Participants will then get their body composition analysis at their branches for the baseline measurements. Participants will have approximately 10 weeks to do the challenge, starting January 20, 2025 and they will have to submit their final body composition analysis by March 28, 2025. Two (2) winners will be announced on March 29, 2025 with most Fat Loss and Most Muscle Gain.
